How three people cover 36 markets
By publishing only what can be checked. We do not visit properties, we do not survey owners, and we do not claim to have inspected anything. What we do is read what companies put in public, record it with the date, and write down what it implies — which is a job three people can do carefully across a state, and a job nobody can do honestly across fifty.
That is also why the city atlas covers 36 markets rather than every town in Michigan. A market gets a page when there is enough verifiable material to fill one; the rest are better served by the guides, which apply everywhere.

Bylines are not decoration
