Rankings are set before money is considered

Position in every table on this site is decided editorially, using the method on how we test. No company can buy a position, a badge or a mention, and no company has been given advance sight of a page.

Where money is involved

Some links to One Fine BnB and BnBGenius are commercial. They are our editorial picks for management and software respectively, they are labelled as our picks on every page they appear on, and the commercial relationship does not change their position or anyone else's. Links to other companies are not commercial — in fact we do not link out to other companies at all.

Facts and sourcing

Company facts are quoted from each company's own public pages, with the date we read them. Where a company publishes no fee, we print “Not published” rather than an estimate. We do not publish occupancy figures, revenue projections, licence fees or tax rates, because we cannot verify them to a standard that would make them safe to act on.

Corrections

We correct errors quickly and note material changes on the page. Write to [email protected].
