PONTIAC, Mich. (WJW) – One Michigan company had a successful year this year, so they gave it back to employees with Cruises and Cadillacs.
WXYZ reports that United Shore had a record year in 2019, with more than $ 106 billion in mortgages. So, at their holiday party earlier this month, they donated 13 cars and 30 cruises to the Bahamas.
The Chainsmokers also played.
The company has 5,000 employees. It plans to hire 2,000 workers next year.
âThe people, the secret is the people,â CEO Matt Ishbia told WXYZ. âHow do we make sure we like them because this company is as good as our people? “
Ishbia said his business offers perks such as a gym, basketball court, game room, salon and spa. He said he didn’t want employees to work more than 40 hours a week.
