New based in Berlin The Thielmann Group was acquired by Grand Rapids, Michigan Heartland Home Services, a Midwestern provider of home HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. The Thielmann Group is an HVAC service provider in southeast Wisconsin. It is the parent company of Burlington Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.; Thielmann & son; and Roth Heating Company, Inc. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. “Partnering with Heartland gives us the opportunity to pursue our growth goals under the umbrella of an honest and customer-focused partner,” said Brad Smith, Chairman of the Thielmann Group. “Heartland brings us more resources and their relationship with Lennox, our preferred OEM, has made this deal even more attractive.” Smith said the Thielmann Group has a history of organic growth, becoming a platform with several acquisitions made. In May 2011 Burlington Heating became a division of Thielmann & Son Heating and in March 2020 Roth Heating and Cooling became a division of Thielmann & Son. Smith, Vice President Tom Stoll and vice president Jason Peck will all remain in the company, as well as the management team and the technicians of the Thielmann Group. “We are beyond thrilled to partner with a brand that has a strong heritage of excellent customer service,” said Bill Viven, CEO of Heartland Home Services. “The experienced management team gives us confidence to expand our reach in the Midwest.
