Michigan Company Acquires Gasper Engineering


Michigan-based manufacturing company Eckhart, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Gasper Engineering. North Vernon-based Gasper acquisition will give the company broader access to a key market and focus on “growing manufacturing jobs in the state of Indiana,” according to the president and CEO of Eckhart’s management, Andy Storm.

Gasper Engineering is within an hour’s drive of three major US cities, giving it direct access to the world’s largest shipping, logistics, grocery, appliance and consumer packaged goods companies.

Stephen Gasper, Founder of Gasper Engineering, said in a press release: “Since our inception, Gasper Engineering has exemplified a servant spirit with customers.
