Based on Little Rock Staley Technologies, a national technology solutions provider, acquired POSitive Solutions Group of Williamston, Michigan. The acquisition took effect on December 31 and was announced on Wednesday January 13.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Andrew Faulkner, owner and CEO of Staley Technologies, will continue to assume the leadership role, the statement said.

POSitive Solutions Group is the premier reseller and service provider for NCR solutions in the hospitality and retail industries and provides cloud-based and on-premises technology services for Michigan and surrounding areas.
Staley Technologies provides software, hardware, cloud-based solutions and managed services with a nationwide service model for industries such as hospitality and retail, healthcare, manufacturing and banking.
Services offered include a range of solutions ranging from network and wireless infrastructure, point-of-sale systems and kiosks, digital signage, COVID-Tech and other technologies.
This is the second merger of Staley Technologies in the past year after the acquisition of BoisePOS Solutions in June.

Pierson will remain general manager of operations in Michigan.
The staff of POSitive Solutions Group and Staley Technologies operate across North America and exceed 200 employees nationwide, including 85 in Arkansas. The head office of the amalgamated company will operate out of Little Rock and add Lansing, Michigan to its list of satellite offices. Other offices are located in Springdale, Atlanta, Orlando, Los Angeles, Columbus, Ohio and Boise, Idaho.
